LIMITED LIFETIME HULL WARRANTY

1.Edge Marine, Inc. hereby warrants each new Edge Marine hull to be free of structural failure caused by manufacturing defects, while the property of original purchaser, provided said boat is subjected only to prudent normal use and care. Warranty commences upon the date of purchase and continues as long as the individual originally purchasing said boat maintains its uninterrupted ownership and title. Edge Marine, Inc. or its selling dealer or factory representative will repair or replace at Edge Marine, Inc. option any hull which determined by Edge Marine, Inc. at its sole discretion, to be failed to do a manufacturing defect during the above specified period. Warranty repairs will be done at selling dealers location or at Edge Marine, Inc. nearest authorized warranty repaired facility, providing original purchaser returns the boat free and clear of any encumbrances and with all transportation and handling charges prepaid to and from such facility within 30 days of the time the defect is discovered.

2.THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS INTENDED TO COVER THE INTEGRITY OF FABRICATION OF THE ALUMINUM HULL ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER: A.Any hull which has been structurally altered or modified in any way. B.Any damages associates to installation of engines, drives, anchor systems, or any accessories installed by anyone other than Edge Marine, Inc. C.Any hull that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, careless handling or negligent care. D.Any hull damaged by accident or poor trailering practices. E.Any hull subject to racing, commercial, or government use. F.Any finish or rigging component such as, but not limited to, engines, drives, paint, vinyl, carpet, or hardware which will be subject only to separate warranties, if any provided their individual manufacture. G.Any cost associated with loss of use, inconvenience, commercial time loss, or any other consequential losses, costs, or damages whatsoever.

3.Edge Marine, Inc. at no time warrants fitness for a particular purpose, including, but not limited to, any achievement of particular performance, towing capability or useful life or with respect to any component or product not manufactured by or to the contracted specification of Edge Marine, Inc.

4.To effect the foregoing warranty, it is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser to fill out, sign and return the warranty registration and a copy of this warranty signed, within 60 days of purchase to: Edge Marine, Inc. 2094 Roberts Creek Road Roseburg, OR 97470 5.Notification or claim or defect must be made in writing to Edge Marine Inc. directly or through selling dealer or factory representative. Include name and address of original purchaser, boat serial number, date of original purchase, photos, detailed explanation of defect, and estimated coast of repair. Warranty repair or replacement will only be made after all above information is compiled and warranty authorization number is issued in writing to the original purchaser or approved warranty repair station. 6.The foregoing limited warranty is given in place of and instead of any and all expressed or implied warranties and purchasers remedies are limited to repair or replacement as state above.
